A shift plan nobody argues about
Grid and list view, day tabs, open shifts highlighted, colour-coded posts. Every crew member sees their own shifts; the production office prints the whole plan from A4 up to A0.
Festivadget CrewCare, hosted SaaS
CrewCare replaces the group chats, printed lists and spreadsheet shifts of a festival crew with one app: shift plans, check-in, equipment, role-specific info and targeted messages – for crew, guests, artists, partners, security and medics.

Three things every team notices on day one.
Grid and list view, day tabs, open shifts highlighted, colour-coded posts. Every crew member sees their own shifts; the production office prints the whole plan from A4 up to A0.
Scan a QR code instead of searching names: numerous groups, one-time codes, alerts to Telegram, mail or push. Bad reception is fine – scans queue offline and sync later.
News and push targeted by team, role or single person, scheduled or instant. The home screen shows each person their own post and instructions. The morning push tells everyone their shift for the day; the contact form sends photo, video or voice back to you.

Prices depend on crew size, visitor capacity, number of events and the support you need – billed monthly or yearly by invoice, no card required. Ask and you get a written offer, usually within two working days. Hosted Festivadget comes free with every CrewCare subscription.
No sales funnel, no onboarding fee hidden in the fine print.
Crew size, dates, and the three things that hurt most. A short mail is enough.
Your own instance with your branding, ready within a few days. Crew lists come in from CSV, Excel or JSON.
We stay reachable across the weekend, back up daily, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
In your own instance on a server in the EU (Austria). Crew data is never mixed between customers, backups run daily, and you get a data processing agreement. When a contract ends we export your data and delete the instance within the agreed period.
No. CrewCare installs straight from the browser as a progressive web app: one link, one tap, works on iOS and Android including push notifications. If you want a Play Store entry anyway, that is available as an add-on.
Check-in scans are stored on the device and sync as soon as there is signal again. Shift plans, post details and instruction videos stay readable offline once they have been loaded.
Three packages, priced by crew size and number of events. Prices are on request so that nobody pays for a package they do not need – ask and you get a written offer, usually within two working days.
A few days for the instance, the branding and your first import. Crew lists come from CSV, Excel or JSON, so nothing has to be retyped.
Yes. Packages can change between events and your data comes along.
No, CrewCare works on its own. If you do run Festivadget, CrewCare can read its map, info pages and programme. And as a CrewCare customer you get Festivadget hosting included at no extra cost.
Yes. There are ready-made import templates for KUPFticket, oeticket/Eventim, Eventjet, pretix and Eventbrite; any other list comes in as CSV, Excel or JSON. The scanner reads QR codes as well as barcodes, including the ones printed vertically. The ticket module is still in beta: it runs at a real entrance, but we keep developing it and will be there for your first event.
A small team that runs this software at its own festival. You talk to the people who write it – no ticket queue, no call centre.
Crew size, number of visitors, dates – that is all we need to send you something concrete.
